So...how did 2018 go?

Well, this is what I did last year:

- Learned to do the things I like

- Quit Facebook and deleted my personal profile

- Learned to love my art style

- Started taking some "Me" time

- Began regular exercising and Yoga

- Completed Inktober 2018

- Started my Lunchtime Sketchbooks

- Completed Journey June and therefore MADE A COMIC!!!!

- Started my character sheets for "Chaos"

- Learned not to not let other people make me feel guilty about things that are not my fault

- Started seeing my friends more

- Read 7 books!

- Bought an iPad and can now use Procreate

- Started playing D&D

I did it ya'll. I actually did it!

So, what's next NemChop?

I feel that I achieved a hell of a lot last year. It felt good to take some time for myself and focus on what truly makes me happy, and I want that to continue. So here are my goals for 2019:

- Focus on making "Chaos"

- Write the script for "Chaos"

- Make more finished pieces

- Continue to get better

- Go back through old sketches and take them to completion

- Read more books

- Submit a piece to a gallery. Even if it never gets a response, I need to get into the habit of submitting my work.

- Continue exercising

- Experiment with more colour

- Update the Blog more

I'm feeling good coming into this year (even though we're already in March) and I've already completed a drawing challenge (Dream Week) and started the overview for my comic. I've even got a commission in the works.

I really want to revamp this blog. I've been learning HTML and CSS (along with JavaScript and Testcafe as I need them in my day job) Looking back at my previous posts....they are whiney and boring and ain't nobody got time for that. You can blatantly tell that I'm trying too hard to be happy. 

Those posts are not me and so I am going to delete them and start fresh.
